The Verdmont Capital SA Foundation was established in 2006 with the mission to assist children in Panama. The primary focus of the foundation is to provide school children in less affluent areas with school supplies, uniforms and shoes. It is funded through donations from Verdmont Capital SA, its employees, owners, clients and friends.

Verdmont Capital pays for all of the foundation's administration fees; therefore 100% of donations go to charitable causes.
